TERMS AND AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASING PHYSICAL ART PIECES:By purchasing physical artwork from KaitlinSandersArt (“Seller”), you (“Buyer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:1. Payment
• All payments must be made in full before the artwork is shipped.
• Orders will not be processed until payment is received and cleared.2. Shipping & Tracking
• Artwork will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
• If tracking information is available, it will be provided to the Buyer upon shipment.3. Refunds & Returns
• All sales are final. Once an item has been shipped, no refunds or returns will be accepted.

• Seller is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Payment Terms:
• Full payment is required upfront before any work begins on your project. This ensures that your spot in my schedule is reserved and that the necessary resources will be dedicated to your artwork.2. Communication and Updates:
• Throughout the creative process, I will keep you updated on the progress of your artwork. You can expect regular communication via email, message, or any agreed-upon platform to ensure you’re informed every step of the way.3. Refund Policy:
• Once the work has begun, no refunds will be offered. This is because significant time, effort, and resources will have been allocated to your project. Please ensure that you are committed before proceeding with payment.4. Revisions:
• I offer one (1) free revision after the initial draft of the artwork is shared with you. Any additional revisions will incur an additional charge, depending on the scope of the changes requested.5. Delivery and Final Product:
• Once the artwork is complete and the final payment is confirmed, the final digital file(s) will be delivered to you in the agreed-upon format.6. Usage and Copyright:
• The artwork remains my intellectual property until full payment is received. Once payment is completed, you are granted personal, non-exclusive rights to use the artwork. The artwork may not be resold or used for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.7. Client Responsibilities:
• You are responsible for providing all necessary details, reference materials, or ideas for the artwork at the start of the project. Delays in providing this information may result in delays in the completion of the work.8. Changes to Terms:
• I reserve the right to update or modify these terms as needed. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to the start of a new project.By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
